Raspberry Pi Foundation has launched a new Product named Raspberry Pi PICO which is very cheaper as compared to other Raspberry Pi Products.

 The main highlighted thing about RPI PICO it is the Lowest cost and Smallest size development board from Raspberry pi Foundation ever. On the technical side, it is equipped with RP2040 Microcontroller chip developed by Raspberry Pi Foundation itself. RP400 is their first dual-core ARM Cortex M0+ processor-based latest small-sized, budget-friendly microcontroller.

The RP2040 is supported with both c / c ++ and micro-python, meaning that if you're a beginner and want to learn any of these languages, the Raspberry Pico would be the best product-option to start with.

Here refer to the bootloader flashing section and follow the instructions given over there. This particular will replace your board bootloader and might fix the issue. You have to just extract the contents of the bootloader file into a FAT formatted SD Card and put the SD card into the raspberry pi for like 60 seconds. If the green light flashes after 60 seconds, it means your board’s bootloader has been fixed. If the problem still persists you can raise a ticket in the support section at makerware.in
